PostDoc “Idea Management” would love to start this lovely week with a little recap of what we have done not only during last week but also thought the time lease of 2021 - 2022! Better get yourself seated comfortably because the list is not that short! 
During the 2-year period, we have published more than 20 scientific publications and explored the IM field through mobility to the UK and Belgium. As well put our IM skills and knowledge in one place by creating - an “Idea Management” ABC Manual and as well sharing the knowledge in 17 presentations at different conferences.
Our team has let others speak through a podcast “Ideju Fit” where we had a variety of different people speaking about their ideas, business, and creating new ideas using a couple of different IM methods!

As part of this project also included learning therefore we have been a part of 27 learning courses and 43 seminars about effective Idea Management, not to forget, also received 5 fresh certificates of cooperation with the industry!
To make you and each of our friends and partners happy we have created 2 new ideation games that will let you create even more great ideas! 
But for you, dear followers, we have been keeping up every single week therefore we have shared even more than 100 social media posts!

Postdoc “Idea Management” is back with the great news that is stuck back in 2022!

In the last weeks of 2022. We were busy with a lot of things cooking in the PostDoc “Idea Management” kitchen!
Our Elīna Miķelsone has been preparing handbooks and herself for the final semester and worked with 4 articles and with some next steps in publishing SAGE research case studies: Power of Triangulation!

At the start of our week, our Elīna Miķelsone became an associate professor! PostDoc “Idea Management” is proud of all her accomplishments so far! 
During the week we successfully passed the PostDoc examination with a positive assessment & submitted the Q1 article for round 1 evaluation!
As well during the week, Elīna Miķelsone held “Idea Management” sessions for LLKC “Laukiem būt!” Contestants in Jelgava, LŪKA professionals, Sorainen innovators & RTU talent academy members.

Our week kicked off with Idea Management sessions for teachers in Jelgava, an Online discussion about ideas with BVK & participation in an online learning webinar - “Boundary making and boundary crossing: Cultural stereotypes in Latvia”
As well our Elīna Miķelsone was moderating an award ceremony for enterprises in Limbaži!

We had an Idea Management session for Abulas novads project evaluators - how to evaluate innovation? And Idea Management session for teachers in Jelgava’s novads.
And to remind you once again - this week a new publication has been published: Journal of Innovation & Entrepreneurship with an article about - “Four-step approach to Idea Management sequencing: redefining or reinventing values in the business model.”

PostDoc “Idea Management” has been busy lately but we still have not forgotten about our wonderful followers so we wanted to share our weekly update from 2 weeks ago!
Our week had started with Idea Management sessions with SEB, GSCore, Bauskas Oldtown.
As well our Elīna Miķelsone has been keeping busy and was a jury member of “Ideju Kauss” first level evaluation, participated in Krista Vavere’s seminar about public speaking, and met with Postdoc supervisor Elita Liela. 
To add PostDoc “Idea Management” participated in the scientific evening “Idea Management: Opportunities and Risks”, celebrated social enterprises presentations & was working on a project - Idea Management Space in Region - next step to create a business plan.

PostDoc “Idea Management” is back with a significant update from last week!
Our week began with Idea Management workshops led by Elīna Mielsone for "SKK," a conference on Latvian natural tourism, a hackathon for green technology, and Bauska to revitalize the old city. Additionally, we met with SEB and Sorainen to discuss the upcoming Idea Management sessions.
During this week we worked with other articles in the process and an article was accepted in the Journal of Innovation and entrepreneurship, Elīna Miķelsone a mentor in RTU SIG opening event about Idea Management, worked with articles in progress.
Not to mention, this week we had the fantastic opportunity to give our friends and partners various Idea Circus games!

"Idea Management" from PostDoc is back with an update on our two incredible weeks!
Our fall began with a review of academic papers, and Elīna Miķelsone gave a speech about creativity at the RTU talent program opening event. She also moderated a panel discussion for LIAA Sigulda - “Ražošana, inovācijas un tehnoloģijas”
Not to mention, we attended the "Design thinking" Strategic Innovation online course from Cranfield University, attended the first meeting of the Buffalo spring semester, and worked on various articles.

Last week has been different for PostDoc “Idea Management” and Elīna Miķelsone, as you can see the done work list is not that filled - but not because we have been lazy, but because we have been out for a great and long waited for mobility to the UK - Essex and Cambridge which was filled with fantastic memories, cultural exchanges and scientific meetings with international committee members - Jay Mitra & Alan Barrel!
PostDoc “Idea Management” is thankful for the opportunity to expand the horizons not only during the last week but until 28th of August and gain so much knowledge from the country and our international committee members!

PostDoc “Idea Management” is back with a little wrap-up about our previous week’s activities and tasks that have been completed!
The kick-off for the previous week was UK mobility planning with Jay Mitra, followed by an MDPI review for the Q1 journal!
A secret night hike and “Tas ir izšķiroši” breakfast planning and organizing added great fun and spice to this week as well 2 great meetings in summer camps - meeting with youth in a youth camp & meeting with women in summer camp!
But you always know that there comes an end to the work week right?
